Man dies in I-84 head-on crash

A Twin Falls man was killed Saturday on I-84 west of Mountain Home when apparently crossed through the median and collided with a semi-truck. Khom Sibounheuang, 70, was eastbound in a 1989 Toyota pickup at about 5:30 p.m. when, for unknown reasons, he crossed through the median into the westbound lanes of travel where he collided with a semi.
