Blaine Triplet Huddleston, 58, of Mountain Home, passed away at his home on Nov. 3, 2009. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Central District Health Department has notified the Mountain Home School District that it will offer school-wide H1N1 flu vaccination clinics beginning Nov. 10.
