Esther B. Porter, 92, of King Hill, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009, at her sonšs home. At her request, there will be no formal services. Cremation is under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.

Bradley M. Beers died Saturday, April 18, 2009, at St. Lukešs Hospital in Boise at the age of 45. Brad was born May 19, 1963, in Puerto Rico, the son of Shirley M. Beers and Esther M. (Stroh) Beers. Brad was a life-long resident of Mountain Home. He was educated in Mountain Home, graduating from Mountain Home Senior High School in 1981. He was employed by Mountain Home Air Force Base Youth Center as Youth Sports Director since 2000, and has worked on the air base since graduating high school...

Charles Wallace Lane, 87, of Meridian, Idaho, died peacefully in his sleep Sunday, April 19, 2009. To honor his wishes, he was cremated and no funeral services will be held. Chuck, a retired U.S.G.S Hydrologist, was born Oct. 27, 1921, in Muskogee, Okla., the third of five children of Hattie C. and Albon A. Lane.
