Martinez to face trial for kidnapping

Carlos Martinez, 19, has been bound over to District Court for a July 7 jury trial on a charge of second-degree kidnapping. Martinez allegedly attempted to grab a nine-year-old girl off the street in Canyon Creek Mobile Home Park on Feb. 6.
