Students lead food drive

The Mountain Home Junior High School Leadership class sponsored a school-wide food drive Dec. 2-17. Students managed to collect well over 2,000 items, which were donated to needy families throughout the community. The class collecting the most items was rewarded with a doughnut party, but in the spirit of the season, the students of Mrs. Zielke's 3rd hour English class instead donated the money for the party to another school fundraiser to help pay the medical bills for one of their classmates...
