Albert Ciccone was sentenced by Fourth District Judge Mike Wetherell to life without parole in the killing of his pregnant wife, Kathleen, Tuesday afternoon, just as the Mountain Home New was going to press. Ciccone ran his wife down with their car on a rural road near Tipanuk in October 2003, following an argument. The Elmore County Sheriff's Office may have acted a little too quickly when it seized some horses last year from a home in Tipinuk, and that has caused the case to be thrown out of court recently. After seeing for themselves that the allegations may be accurate, deputies from Elmore County Sheriff's Department acted on the advice of a veterinarian and removed approximately 37 horses from the property in the Tipanuk area...
