  • I like the pictures of the kids drinking water. The water looks so clear, I could get a drink from that faucet

  • And the pictures are crisp and clear. The drinking pictures looks like I could stick my hand out and feel that water.

Well, that's a Canon for ya. (and many other brands too) 15 Mega Pix.... and settings (like Melodie was talking about) for high sun, and sharp color.

    Thanks!

  • My Kodak is 12 mega pix with a 5X zoom. I still want a canon but afraid it might be to complicated for me

12 Mega pix is good.. Really anything with a minimum of 10 is great. And Kodak does a great job with cameras. So awesome in fact, I don't know why they don't make a DSLR.

One of my first was a Kodak, still have it, still love it.

But I'm definately hooked on Canons. A couple of mine do HD video also, and I love that too. Great for showing lesson folks.... "I told you to do this...and this is what you did!" hehehehe

  • What is DSLR something to do with lens?

  • Love the pictures Jessie. It looks as though our little cockleburr friend is back.

I can remember hanging from one foot in the stirrup trying to get off of my horse.

I was never as confident about horseback riding as my siblings. I must have taken after Mom.

But I did learn to brush the horses and saddle them at an early age.

I had a black saddle with silver trim. It was pretty fancy for its day. I think that Dad traded something for it.

yep, those cockleburrs can be a bit of trouble, especially when they come into contact with your horse.

Little ones are great fun. My 3 year old grandson stole the show earlier this week when he got his Mom's e-book out of her purse and bought $46 worth of DVD rentals and disks while Mom was filling out job applications on her computer. The fun part was that the little man got it charged to Grandma's credit card.

Much rather have him drinking water from the hose or horse trough than pushing his grandma's buttons. I have to live with her.... :-)

    Great story, Jessie.

Thanks Bonnie, and yep, cockleburrs are not good!

Glad you enjoyed Roy! My phone used to shop on it's own, while in my pocket....LOL.... I've put a stop to that!

His Mom says she got those blocked as well and Amazon fixed the charges, but he still likes buttons and pushing them. My money is on the boy.
