  • Jessie:

I needed some of that beauty, thank you. I am so disappointed in some people right now.

I shouldn't be out trying to run with the big dogs.

I love the pics. It makes me homesick. I remember that particular ride to McCall.

Thank you for continuing to make the world a beautiful place with your pictures.

Bonnie, you just have to be like me in some ways. Sometimes you just can't make "those folks" think nice,....

I prefer to live in "My World" .... but for sure I see the stuff that is ugly and dismal. I worry, and yep, sometimes they get me down. The thing is, I KNOW I"M RIGHT.

Years ago, I was frustrated at someone who didn't believe in Jesus, etc. I was horrified and shocked, dissappointed, and afraid that I wouldn't be able to "say the right things" I can't quote scriptures much, or versus..etc... but my faith is so strong, that I wasn't comfortable saying nothing. It wouldn't have mattered, but it was someone so near and dear to my heart and soul. Another dear friend of mine said, and this is not verbatim. but something along the lines of

When you know, you know, What IS, is. It doesn't need to be defended or convinced of. It will never change. And it/HE will be there when anyone/everyone is ready, and it's inevitable, they will come in their own time.

I have rarely wasted another second/minute on worrying about that, because HE will take care of it, in his Forgiveness

I worry, but I have Faith and GREAT OPTIMISM. And the World is a Wonderful Place...and I'm reveling in it. I"m sharing the beauty as best I can, and helping as many as I can to appreciate what is available out there. As are you, in your way.

Don't let them get ya down!

hey...I saw on my way home a sign saying "Camp Cascade" last Sunday. Whatcha wanna bet I go in and take some pics next time??????

Chin up! And keep doing what you're doing. Don't give the satisfaction!

  • Bonnie, very pretty pictures. I've made that drive a few times myself and love it. One of my other favorite drives is up Grimes Creek Rd. up past the end of the asphalt all the way to Centerville. I am just about ready to try and get away for a day or 2.

We must be like twins, they keep getting our blogs mixed up.

Thank you for your kind words. I am pretty comfortable in what I believe and there are very few things that make me mad, but I do have limits. We cannot keep stepping on each others toe with comments that are thoughtless and personal.

If you take some pics of Camp Cascade, they have a long driveway and I think that there is a gate there too. It has been over 35 years since I was there.

Thank you for keeping the beauty of God's Creations alive for us all.

Thanks Skeeter. I know some people think that horses being worked is mean. But, My horses ARE happy. They come a runnin'/trottin' when we call. We let them have their thoughts, and encourage them. We also have strict structure for them. I believe horses and children prefer structure and "lines" ..without that, they would always be looking for the line. My kids, grand kids and horses KNOW what's allowed and what's NOT allowed, so they can be happy not wondering. And they get plenty of love and fun too....

they are healthy and happy.... what's not to love

    Thanks for appreciating them

    Jessie
