Happy Thanksgiving
Be safe and as always, be thankful for family and friends. I'm lucky to have the best of both. Sorry about that, I was selfish and I got the best family and friends that a girl could wish for. However I bet you all feel the same, so it's all good.
Here are some of the things I"m sooooo very thankful for.
For young girls like this who work all day raising canned goods for our food pantry. (in the cold two weeks ago)
For the following people who came to participate in the food drive in spite of the cold.
Below is Michelle, who I've known for years, since she was one of my 4-H members, now she's helping others.
I'm thankful for Moms who come out in the cold to enjoy the day with their daughters. Below is Kathy and Katie runnin the ribbon race.
Michelle and I, in the ribbon race.
Al & I in the ribbon race. I'm thankful for Moms who let their daughters have this kind of fun.
Thankful for Moms who come out to support and enjoy watching the fun!
Thankful that young girls love their horses like this one does.
Thankful for Chance, who put this Play Day on.
For Al, who I love like a Granddaughter.
Thankful I'm able to still enjoy riding like the wind.
I'm very Thankful that so many people cared enough to come out to honor a little girl, that will be forever in our hearts.
For cute little boys with ropes in their hands.
Moms & Grandmas that treasure their children.
Friends who've known one another forever, & you know will stand forever by ya.
Thankful for older kids playing with younger kids.
For Moms who love their sons.
This beautiful country we live in.
My first 2 Grandsons, who love to spend the weekend with us.
Good horses
Sun peaking thru the clouds
Who wouldn't be thankful for opportunities to see this in our own backyard?
For Wayne
My Dad showing up where there's fun.
Thankful that my daughter knows the joy of children.
Thankful my son found the love of his life.
Thankful she adores him too.
Thankful for these two that wouldn't miss their brother's wedding.
For my brother and sisters
Thankful we had her for a time, and will always remember her strength
That I can count on family no matter what
That my friends stay friends forever
We're thankful for having one another.
Enjoy the times
Jessie
