Rachael Irene Gottsch Jacobsen, age 52 of Mountain Home, passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise from blunt force trauma to her head. A memorial service will be held at 10:00AM, on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at the Valley Christian Fellowship Church in Grand View.
