4-H clubs meet in Bruneau during Buckaroo Jamboree (High School Sports ~ 07/27/12)
The 25th annual Buckaroo Jamboree was held on July 21 in Bruneau. The event was jointly sponsored by two local 4-H horse clubs, the South Mountain Cowboys, led by Nealann Davis and Sheila Quintero, and the Bruneau Sage Riders,led by Sandy Black. Pine man dies in ATV accident (Local News ~ 07/27/12)
Vance Baldwin, 52, of Pine and Boise, died Friday afternoon when his 4-wheel ATV missed a curve on Rocky Bar Road and plunged 100 feet down an embankment. The accident occurred about a half mile south of the James Creek road while Baldwin was recreating in the Rocky Bar area with family. ...
