Highway 51 road work announced

A project to rehabilitate about 21 miles of Idaho 51 from Grasmere north to Broken Wagon Flat Road in Owyhee County is expected to begin this spring. The Idaho Transportation Department expects the project to last about a month and a half, finishing in early June. Dear editor: Last week the U.S. Senate passed the START Treaty -- U.S.-Russia nuclear arms deal. Seventy-one senators voted to reduce, verify and give more safety to our country from nuclear warfare. Twenty-six senators voted no. Both Crapo and Rish voted NO! McCain also voted against what every military general and every secretary of state advocated as most important for safety of human life...

My daughter and her husband went to the BSU game in Vegas after the game she lost her camera she didnt know until she got back to her room, She did'nt think she would ever see it again, The other night about three weeks later or so the phone rang it was a couple here in Mountain Home...
