Glenns Ferry alumni turned pro player hosts free camp (High School Sports ~ 07/17/10)
Korey Hall and some of his friends hosted a free one-day football camp for kids ages 12-18 on June 30 in Glenns Ferry. It is the second year that Hall has hosted such an event at the Glenns Ferry High School football field. Hall, a 2002 graduate of Glenns Ferry High School who went on to star with the Boise State Broncos, and is now a fullback for the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League (NFL). ... -

Dear editor: Good job to the voters in Mountain home for passing the levy. But the school has already cut out some activities such as GOLF, 9th GRADE BOYS AND GIRLS BASKETBALL, and FLAG CORPS AND DANCE. The golf is already back in as a club. The basketball players will be allowed to play 10th-grade ball. But Dance and Flag Corps are not back in yet. Why is this? We need to get these back in to our schools...
