When I lived in Idaho Falls in the mid '70s and traveled home to Utah, I would usually pay about 3-cents (all comments are per gallon) more for my Idaho gas. I have lived in Mountain Home over 20 years and found on the average I would pay 10 cents less in Utah usually zero to 5-cent difference up or down compared to Boise. ...
