Dear editor: Well, shame on me. Apparently, I was naive in believing that I could submit a letter to the editor without the intent and spirit of the letter being drastically changed. Magistrate Court Richard L. Johnson, 47, was found guilty for an amended charge of Arson I-dwelling/structure normally occupied, (12/13/07 case, amended to property-damage forage from throwing lighted sub.) Johnson was sentenced to 6 days in jail, (6 days credited), placed on 6 months probation and fined $50 plus $175.50 in court costs...
