The Traitors.......part II.......under the door
This is the portion the leftwing media DOESN'T cover. It's imperative for these politicians to surprise everyone AFTER it's a "done deal."
So where should we start?.............h-mmmmmm..........get your notebook out, "Pennsylvania Mike"....here we go...
H.R. 1022......Introduced by Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY), 67 co-sponsors, ALL Democrats, featuring such notables as:
Sheila Jackson Lee
Dennis Kucinich
Neil Abercrombie
Barney Frank
RAHM EMANUEL
Patrick Kennedy
.................1022 would ban ANY weapon THEY consider to be "assault weapons" including select semi-automatic shotguns, ANY semi-automatic rifle with a detachable magazine (which takes in a NUMBER of 22's), pistols with more than a 10-round magazine capacity, any shotgun that holds more than 5 rounds or has a folding stock, any long gun with a barrel shroud.
(The Attorney General, (who is obviously some sort of "expert"), gets to decide what guns have no sporting use).
No private sales. If you want to sell a gun, even to your BROTHER...it has to go through a dealer--------record keeping
POSTNOTE---California's Dianne Feinstein thinks we're ALL as stupid as the people who vote for her out there. Trying to smooth us over, she said a few years ago, that she wasn't trying to be unreasonable, she just wanted bans on handguns that held more than 5 rounds of ammo! So much for the revolvers, eh?....and 95% of the rest.
H.R. 2666........introduced by Bobby Rush (D-IL), and co-sponsored by:
Dennis Kucinich
RAHM EMANUEL
Jesse Jackson
Charles Rangel
..........2666 would require licensing of ALL gun owners---------(again, record keeping)
H.R. 5266......introduced by Xavier Becerra (D-CA-31), and co-sponsored by:
CAROLYN McCarthy (D-NY)
John Conyers (D-MI)
Charles Rangel (D-NY)
Jesse Jackson (D-IL)
RAHM EMANUEL (D-IL)
Pat Kennedy (D-RI)
.....5266...(are you ready for THIS?) would require MICROSTAMPING on semi automatic pistols. It requires a microscopic array of characters that identify make, model and serial number etched onto the face of the breech and on the FIRING PIN to be transferred onto the cartridge case upon firing, so if that case was recovered, they'd be able to track it to the gun's original owner............on the FIRING PIN........they KNOW that couldn't be done. Even if it COULD, the cost of manufacture would put these "new pistols" out of pocket reach for most people, (and isn't that the idea?)..............also, with normal wear, tear and carbon buildup the markings wouldn't remain legible.
The OTHER part of this bill, would be that ALL handguns that DON'T have this feature would be banned, which means EVERY one now in existence!
There is a Senate Bill (2605) version of this same "microstamping thing co-sponsored by Democrats, Ted Kennedy, Chuck Schumer, Diane Feinstein, Richard Durbin and Frank Lautenberg.
S. 1331....introduced by Diane Feinstein (D-CA), and co-sponsored by:
Ted Kennedy (D-MA)
Barbara Boxer (D-CA)
Richard Durbin (D-IL)
Carl Levin (D-MI)
Chuck Schumer (D-NY)
Chris Dodd (D-CT)
HILLARY CLINTON (D-NY)
Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ)
.....1331 would ban 50 caliber rifles...........what for? Ever seen a 50? They're as big as a two-by-four, weigh about 35 pounds, and NOBODY is going to stick one down in his pants and try to commit a ROBBERY with one.
Originally installed in P-51 Mustangs and such, the 50 caliber BMG cartridge was designed to shoot down enemy aircraft..............which also means it would be capable of taking down a helicopter............but why would the Feds fear THAT? Do they plan to USE copters against the citizens sometime in the future? (See "Ruby Ridge, Idaho" and "Operation Garden Plot).
S.A. 1615....July, 2005).Ted Kennedy's proposed amendment....a ban on 223 caliber ammunition, 30-30, and 7.62 caliber ammo. Sounds pretty limited and maybe even "reasonable, eh?..........until you consider that the 7.62 also covers ALL 30 caliber ammo, from the 30 carbine, to the 30-30 lever action, the ever popular 30.06, 300 Savage, 300 Winchester and so on. Kennedy and his cronies refer to ANY rifle cartridge capable of taking large game, as being able to penetrate bullet-proof vests............(this will take in the 270, 7mm, etc).
AH..........."COP-KILLER bullets"..................Hey man, if you have a hard time trying to take the GUNS, let's just ban the AMMO!...................Barack Obama supports this as well.
Speaking of the "second coming", let's take a quick peek at HIS thoughts
OBAMA..talkin' 'bout YOUR boy, Mike..............
Yeah, he's "Not going to take our guns"...I heard him say that too.........when he was needing votes. But let's see how HE'S voted......ready?
He introduced legislation to ban the use of firearms for home defense, and prosecute anyone who DOES (IL S.B. 2165, March 25, 2004).
He opposed concealed carry, Chicago Tribune interview, April 27, 2004
If elected President, he would push for NO gunshops within 5 miles of a school (how big is YOUR town?)---interview with Wall Syreet Journal, April 17, 2008...page A-19. (Is THAT EXACT ENOUGH for you, "Ex"?
S.B. 1195, he wants confiscation of ANY long gun 50 caliber or larger, which would also include the old black powder percussion guns as well.and if taken to a technicality, would ban every shotgun from 410 to 12 gauge or larger.
S. 397...Obama supported the bill to allow lawsuits against firearms manufacturers if one of their firearms is used in a crime. Joe Biden supports this as well..............(when you can't bust the Constitution, you try to bankrupt the gunmakers through the courts).
He wanted a total handgun ban in Illinois, and indicated it on a questionairre from the Illinois Precinct Organization, question number 35.
He told the VPC (Violence Policy Center) during a fund-raiser, QUOTE:....."My first priority will be to reinstate the Assault Weapons Ban as soon as I take office. Within 90 days, we will go back after "kitchen table dealers" and work to end the gunshows and internet loopholes. In the first year, I intend to work with Congress on a NATIONAL no-carry law."
...................folks, I've been going to gunshows for a lot of years. I've found everything from rear sights for an 1886 Winchester, to grease containers for my old M-1 Garand...............but I've never found a "loophole" When you buy a gun, it's CALLED in and OK'd before you ever leave the fairgrounds...paperwork and all...no exceptions.
You CANNOT buy a gun on the internet, unless you have an FFL (Federal Firearms License). If you don't..it has to be shipped to your local dealer, where you STILL have to go do the paperwork.
Personally, I'd LOVE to know where these "loopholes" are!
Obama's record on our gun rights stinks! When you take the oath of office, you swear to protect and defend our Constitution............ALL of it....not just the parts you agree with. That's why I said in an earlier blog, that he will commit perjury while his hand is still on the Bible (we HOPE it's the Bible).
Finally, before I close "part II"...........if I know Ex-Intern, he'll be itching to tell us all that he's looked up all of these bills and they mean NOTHING because they never got passed.
And he'll be right.........they DIDN'T pass. Most were introduced in 2007, when the Dems DIDN'T have the votes to get it done.
But it's prudent to remember three things:
1. When Obama takes office, they WILL have the votes, with the seats they picked up in the progress.
2. The same clowns who engineered these bills are STILL in there, any "tie-breakers would be in the hands of anti-gun Biden, and there will be NO chance of a Presidential veto by Obama. After decades of dimentia, there is no reason to believe their anti-gun priorities have changed.
3. Time..........not knowing how the seats will restack in 2010, the Dems only have these next two years to strike while the iron is still hot. It will be the best opportunity to once again try to disarm this country, they may ever have. They almost HAVE to make their move within the next 24 months, before the "window of opportunity" is potentially gone.
Part III in the next day or so.........
