An Even Hundred Before I Go
Posted Thursday, January 15, 2009, at 9:24 AM4Don't think I can leave it at "99"...........just gonna say, that while I am DEFINITELY pulling my OWN blog Monday, I believe I WILL read the blog section occasionally and maybe even comment once in awhile. This is more entertaining at times, than Saturday Night Live!... -

The Traitors....part V....Epilogue
Posted Thursday, January 8, 2009, at 10:14 AM3There is so much taken for granted in this country, we have become almost impervious to everything around us. So much so, that our attention is easily diverted while "unthinkable" things are actually happening, ever-so-gradually that we might not notice... -
The Traitors......part IV........The U.N.
Posted Thursday, January 8, 2009, at 9:08 AM1The United Nations has a One World Order platform. It is a haven for terrorist nations, which is why it was never targeted during 9/11. We need to get OUT of the U.N., and EVICT them from our shores. They want everything under one tent....THEIRS... -
The Traitors.......part III......brown or black?
Posted Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 10:30 AM15"Ok Bazookaman, you old baseless radical, you......HOW are they gonna do it?" Well, to begin with............oh heck, let's let Obama HIMSELF tell us: (Go to your "search" mode and type-in "Obama's Secret Police". There is a YOU TUBE video from a rally he spoke at in Colorado Springs, on July 2, 2008... -
The Traitors.......part II.......under the door
Posted Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 2:58 AM6This is the portion the leftwing media DOESN'T cover. It's imperative for these politicians to surprise everyone AFTER it's a "done deal." So where should we start?.............h-mmmmmm..........get your notebook out, "Pennsylvania Mike"....here we go..... -
The Traitors........part one
Posted Tuesday, January 6, 2009, at 11:00 PM14Webster's collegiate defines TREASON as a "betrayal of trust and faith, violation of allegiance owed to one's sovereign or state, to deliver up, betrayal of one's country, giving aid and comfort to the enemy." My old nemesis, Ex-Intern loves to point our how often I return to the gun issue. A lot of people think I'm pretty much just a one-issue dude. Not true...but it IS my MAIN one, and it SHOULD be YOURS, whether you own one or not... -
Let It Snow
Posted Monday, January 5, 2009, at 7:39 AM2Well, just when you thought it was safe to walk around on dry pavement again, we have another snow blanket this morning, and more on the way.............if you trust the weatherman. I've always envisioned the scene of a newsroom, where the weatherman's desk was over next to a window, and above that window would be a sign that read: "Today's Forecast......look out this window!"... -
When "Right" Isn't "Right"
Posted Saturday, January 3, 2009, at 9:57 AM18"Rush Limbaugh" is now on KBOI...........hoopty-doo. Unsurpassed in his own self-appreciation, this blowhard is on the local airwaves now, along with the GOOD ones like Paul J., Dennis Miller, Sean Hannity and Mike Savage. When he's not telling us all how MAGNIFICENT he and his show are, he promotes every candidate that has a (R) after his/her name. No Republican does any wrong in the eyes of Limbaugh... -
Full Circle
Posted Saturday, January 3, 2009, at 8:21 AM4I got up around 5:AM this morning, as I have been doing for some time now. I've been retired for nearly 5 years, and can sleep-in whenever I so desire, but I don't. This morning, though, it hit me. I got up, took my insulin shot and quietly went into the kitchen, (being ever-so-carful as to NOT wake my wife up, who has to get up in a little while herself, to work an early shift at Wally World)... -
My New Year's "Disillusions"
Posted Wednesday, December 31, 2008, at 9:56 AM2Many of us make New year's resolutions that we seldom keep. Probably a key reason I rarely make any. But because I'm probably not fooling anyone but myself, I'm calling this list my New Year's DISILLUSIONS. I WILL make an attempt, though.......to:... -
Politically Incorrect........and PROUD Of It
Posted Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at 8:47 AM2Among my video collection, are several hours of old car commercials from the 50's and 60's. I enjoy watching them from time to time, because they take me back to a much happier era of my life. Watching a couple of them the other day, I started thinking about "how far out of sync" I've become over these past couple of decades..........but I'm not sure that's a BAD thing, though..........and this is what I find......... -
A Star Ain't Born
Posted Sunday, December 28, 2008, at 6:42 PM2I'm not sure if there's a moral to this story, but if nothing else, it serves as a lesson in humility. I am a lead guitar player/instrumentalist. Starting in November of 1969, I've had to LEARN to play the guitar....and I mean REALLY PLAY it........because I can't sing. If you want to be a part of the music world, and have no voice quality, you'd better learn to play an instrument............so I did... -
As Good As It Looks
Posted Sunday, December 28, 2008, at 8:55 AM2Well...this past Friday night, I took my new guitar out for it's "maiden voyage" out at Curly's barn..........plays great, sounds great............but what WASN'T so great was the weather and icy roads, that dwindled our crowd down to the point where the band almost outnumbered the folks who came to dance... -
To Play Or Not To Play
Posted Wednesday, December 24, 2008, at 10:49 AM11It won't be Christmas until tomorrow, but a week ago, my wife bought me a new guitar for an "early Christmas present. We were doing some last minute shopping in Boise for a few odds & ends, and we stopped at Guitar Center on Curtis & Fairview. Guitar Center is one of my favorite places, because as a guitar player, you ALWAYS need new strings on something, picks, power cords, etc... -
By Any Other Name
Posted Monday, December 22, 2008, at 9:35 AMOne of the poets said, "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet." I was talking to AyreWolf yesterday about that same thing, concerning the Confederate National Party. Incidently.........just for the record, this "CNP" is NOT some kind of new "fad" for the old Bazookaman. If Kelly Everitt keeps backfile records of "Letters to to Editor", they would show that I have LONG advocated getting us out of the U.N., and kicking the U.N. OUT of here... -
"Doo-Wop" Re-visited
Posted Sunday, December 21, 2008, at 10:32 AMThis is sort of a December sequel to my blog on "Where's The Wolfman?" Friday night, I played about 3 hours with Curly Surles out at his barn for the weekly Friday night dance.........nothing unusual. Do it all the time. Last night, I played at a jam session, held at the home of our church music leader. She and her husband usually hold a big jam session once a month, or once every other month out at their place... -
Anybody Clear That With Us?
Posted Saturday, December 20, 2008, at 6:32 PM8About a blog and a half ago, Ex-Intern and I were having a discussion about the CNP, Civil War, etc. Among the topics was the government now in power, and that to come. After the "magnificent" job they've already done for the American people, would anyone out there think they deserve a 4.7% pay raise?.........well, according to a news blurp early this morning, they just voted themselves that very thing... -
Yes Virginia, There Really IS A Mall
Posted Saturday, December 20, 2008, at 9:48 AM5Having driven the icy Interstate, and surviving Boise traffic yet once again, I've finally finished my Christmas shopping. As always, on the way home, I took a long deep sigh of relief, climbing the hill toward the rest area, with Boise gradually disappearing in my rear view mirror... -
Uh Huh
Posted Thursday, December 18, 2008, at 5:54 PM20Off and on, throughout this year, you've heard me gripe about the bias of the media, and soon after I post THIS one, I'll be sure to hear from some of you again.........and that's fine. But I just want to see if I'm the only one out here who SEES what I'm about to say...
