Carnival time...

Ronan Laeallee launches a rope toward a simulated calf as he works to get it wrapped around its head as the fifth grader took part in a carnival held Friday afternoon at West Elementary School.

Families gathered at the school to enjoy an afternoon of games featured across the grassy field next to the building with children claiming their share of candy and other treats based on their ability to successfully complete these activities.
