Charter high school building to expand

Fifteen years after it opened its doors to students in the Mountain Home community, construction continued this week as Richard McKenna Charter High School prepares to welcome additional students to its classrooms.

An increase in overall student enrollment at the charter high school prompted district officials to move its junior high school program to its building at 675 South Haskett St., said district superintendent Dennis Wilson.
