Local attorney resigns following fraud case

The Idaho Supreme Court officially accepted the formal resignation of an attorney from Mountain Home following a court case in which he stood accused of providing false statements to the state bar counsel along with falsifying documents and information related to the case.

Michael J. Crawford faced possible disciplinary proceedings from the state supreme court following a child custody case involving a woman from California.
