County fair honors top performers

Temperatures rising into the triple digits didn’t stand in the way last week as thousands of people gathered in Glenns Ferry during this year’s Elmore County Fair and Rodeo.

Featuring four days of competitions and events tailored for all ages, the county fair seeks to help educate children and teens on the challenges and responsibilities related to working on a farm, said county fair manager Julie Lisle.
