Suzann Louise Morgan

Suzann Louise Morgan of Mountain Home, died on June 23, 2024. Suzann was born in Dearborn Michigan on July 19, 1942 to Dorothea and Henry Burger.

Suzann met the love of her life, Robert L. Morgan, in Aiken South Carolina in 1961 while they both served in the United States Army and were married 3 weeks later, on September 9th, 1961. After returning from their overseas deployment to Chinon, France, Robert continued to serve until 1978 when he retired to Mountain Home ID. Suzann loved to craft and was a longtime amateur radio licensee proudly displaying her call sign “kk7xp” on her license plates over there years. She went back to college in later years and got her RN degree at Boise State in May, 1983 and worked successfully doing ongoing nurse education in both Idaho and California. Suzann retired and stayed in Mountain Home, ID. Spending her time enjoying her family, friends the Senior Center and Elks Bingo Nights.

Suzann is survived by Son, Raymond Morgan: Daughter, Sheri Morgan Steele: Sister, Marie Lamerson: Grandchildren, Harley Morgan Haag, Dacen Haag, Greg and Lisa Steele, Drew Steele, Kimberly Ward and Several Great Grandchildren.

Suzann is preceded in death by both her parents, and the love of her life, Husband Robert L. Morgan 3/16/1981. Memorial contributions can be made to your local DAV. A special thank you to Suzann’s close friends, Madeline and Alice.
