High-level Felony Sentencing Data Now Available Online

High-level felony sentencing information from across Idaho’s state courts is now available to view on the Idaho Court Data website.

Newly posted reports include general sentencing averages and other data for a variety of felony crimes, including drug crimes, property crimes, felony DUIs and crimes against persons. The reports can be found under the “Court Data Reporting and Evaluations” section of the site.
