Helen Jane Schladensky Wilson

Helen Jane Schladensky Wilson returned home to her Heavenly Father and to be with her beloved husband, Harvey Wilson, on July 16, 2020 in Mountain Home, Idaho. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Mountain Home at 11:00 A.M. Arrangements are under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Helen was born to Paul Rae Schladensky and Florie Mae Wilkin on February 21, 1935. She married Harvey Brice Wilson on October 13, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA. They were sealed in the Salt Lake City temple on May 21, 1959 and will now be reunited for all eternity as promised through the holy oath and covenant of the priesthood. Helen has spent a lifetime of service to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through many callings in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Helen was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her six children: Dora Marie Buetow, David Charles Wilson, Douglas Edward Wilson, Dennis Lee Wilson, Donald James Wilson, and Dean Harvey Wilson, as well at their spouses, her 19 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by many friends, nieces, and nephews.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents and her 11 siblings: sisters Pauline Nauss, Nancy Sowa, Judith Wood, and Josephine Davis, and brothers Paul Jr., Edward William, David, John, William (Billy), and Charles Schladensky.
