Girls Basketball headed to state

The MHHS Girls Basketball team is headed to the state tournament after a thrilling win over Preston on Feb. 7.

Not only did Blanksma score the winning point, but she was also recently recognized for scoring a 1,000 points in her career as a Tiger.

The girls will begin tournament play on Thursday, Feb. 14 as they head to Timeberline High School to take on the #1 seed of the tournament in the Middleton Vikings of District 3 at 1:15 p.m.
