A word from Rep. Zito

Thank you for the privilege of Representing you in the 65th Session of the Idaho State Legislature. I am so grateful for your trust in me, I continue to work diligently to represent you.

As the 2019 Session is beginning, I have been assigned to the following committees: State Affairs, Agriculture Affairs, and Judiciary and Rules.

With the first week behind us, hopefully we will settle in to a routine. Things are moving fast. This past week we began the Rule Approval process. I believe this system needs to be fixed. The rules that have effect of law on your life do not have to pass the stringent process that Statues created by your representatives have to. I have available charts and a document prepared by LSO outlining the process. If you would like a copy email me and I will get it out to you. It is so important for us as citizens to be aware of what is being created.
