Non-Profit organization S.H.P makes presentation to council
The Mountain Home City Council met on Dec. 27. Councilman Matt Bundy was not in attendance but joined via conference call.
Mayor Rich Sykes called on Jason Greca to give a presentation on the non- profit organization, Sleep in Heavenly Peace. . Back in 2012 Idaho native Luke Mickelson started building bunk beds in his garage for children who didn’t have a bed to sleep in. The first year he built 11 bunk beds in his garage and by 2017 the organization built over 600. Mickelson started a charity online complete with construction manuals and training courses.
