June Teetor Fecht
June Teetor Fecht passed away May 31,2018 at Nevada Regional Medical Center in Missouri.
She was born June 23,1928 in Lexington Nebraska to George William (Bill) Teetor and Lowrean Rutherford Teetor.
June and her siblings moved to Idaho with her mom Lowrean and Step-Father Harold Stark.
She graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1946. June attended nurses training at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise, graduating as a registered nurse in 1949.
June married Gerald Fletcher in 1949 and to that union three children were born: Gary, James and Lowrean (Rene). June later returned to Missouri with James and Rene. June was a nurse at the Nevada State Hospital until her retirement in July of 1990.
June married Thomas Fecht June 23, 1970. They enjoyed taking drives in the country, new restaurants, casinos, and favorite teams Mizzou and St. Louis Cardinals. June enjoyed playing Bingo at the Elks club and cherished the lasting friendships she made there.
June is survived by her husband Thomas; son Gary (Sharon) Fletcher of Mountain Home; daughter Rene Simmons of Nevada, MO; sister Jeanette (Ben) Weiss of Princeton, MN; granddaughters Janna (Billy) Fikes of Kuna, ID; Jami (Jeff) Salyers of Springfield, MO; Shauna (Scott) Smith of Raymore, MO; Courtney Simmons (Trisha Stubblefield) of Nevada, MO. Greatgrandchildren Zachrey and McKenzi Salyers; Tre’ and Brittney Fikes; Hayden and Avery Smith. Step-children Curt (Linda) Fecht, Cherie Hignutt and their families
June was preceded in death by her son James Fletcher; son-in-law George Simmons; father Bill Teetor, Mother Lowrean Stark, Step-Father Harold Stark, sister Joan Teetor Shelton and brother John Stark.
