Star Card becomes a reality

After much debate, the Star Card is coming into existence.

During the early months of this year, the Star Card, also known as Idaho's REAL ID, will be available. Once obtained, the Star Card will allow the holder to legally operate a motor vehicle and verify legal age and identity.
