Sue Liercke
Caroline "Sue" Liercke passed away suddenly Dec. 19, 2017.
Sue was born Feb. 13, 1942 in Whittier, California. She was the youngest of four children born to John and Christina Johnston. She graduated in 1960 from Banning High School in Banning, California.
On Nov. 8, 1960 she married Charles "Chuck" Liercke. They recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary.
Together they have four beautiful children: Chuck Liercke Jr., Ray Liercke, Ronnie Liercke, and Rhonda Pitzl.
She lived in many different places throughout her life and accomplished many things. She was an electrician, an accountant, and most recently a real estate agent/broker.
After raising their family in California and then in Washington, they moved to Mountain Home in 1996, where she continued her real estate career.
She loved many things including reading, gardening, quilting and most of all spending time with her family and dear friends.
She is survived by her husband, Chuck, her sister Libby and her husband Stan, her brother Johnny and his wife Frieda; her son Ray, his wife Kim and their children Conor and Lauren; her son Ronnie and his wife Kristy and their children, Casey her husband Scott, Jessica and her husband Dominik, Allison, Madison, Lindsey and Dawson; her daughter Rhonda and her husband Tracy and their children, Sydney, Samantha and Morgan, her stepson Chuck Jr., his wife Saundra and their children, Chuck III and his wife Kristal, Bob and his wife Merleen, Joe and his wife Amanda, Jon and his wife Chantel, as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents and her sister Jessie Buchanan.
Memorial service to honor Sue's memory will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. All of her friends are encouraged to attend.
