In honor of Black History Month

Mayor Rich Sykes is joined by representatives from the Mountain Home Black History Committee as he prepares to sign a proclamation declaring the month of February as Black History Month in Mountain Home. The proclamation gathering on Feb. 15 came as the community prepared to celebrate this year's Black History Month banquet on Friday.
