Megan Darlington
Megan Marie Darlington, 24, of Mountain Home, passed away at her home on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2016. Services were held on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016, at the Mountain Home Idaho Stake Center, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at 790 South Haskett St., in Mountain Home. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
Megan was born Sept. 3, 1992, in Faribault, Minn. She later moved to Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base in Washington to live with her dad. It is there that she met Dominyck Darlington at a school prom. They were married on June 29, 2013, and sealed at the Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, on June 18, 2015.
In February 2014, Dominyck joined the U.S. Air Force. Megan attended his graduation at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, and then followed him to his first duty station at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
Megan was adventurous and loved being with her husband in the outdoors. They enjoyed camping and star gazing. She always had her camera out and ready to catch all the special moments they shared.
Megan is survived by her husband, Dominyck; her father, Cary; her half-brother, Tommy; and half-sisters, Rita and Miranda. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lisa.
