Glenns Ferry woman facing felony child abuse charges

A Glenns Ferry woman remains in custody at the Canyon County Jail following her arrest in Caldwell on charges of felony injury to a child, driving under the influence and possession of methamphetamine.

Thetoska Lehto, 23, was arrested the afternoon of Aug. 2 after Caldwell police responded to a report of woman who appeared to be unconscious in a car located in a truck stop parking lot in the 3500 block of Franklin Road.
