Judge appointed

Idaho's Fourth Judicial District recently appointed Theodore J. Fleming as Elmore County's new magistrate judge.

Fleming, 38, holds a bachelor's degree from the College of Idaho and earned his juris doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 2005.
