Crash sends two to hospital

The driver and passenger of this van sustained non-life threatening injuries after their van collided with a semi trailer near milepost 107 on the interstate.

A two-vehicle collision on the interstate left two people injured and was responsible for disabling a third vehicle around 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Mari Giron Garcia of Jackpot, Nev., was driving a mini van westbound on the interstate when it collided with a semi driven by Johan Maass of Kansas, which was pulling a trailer load with wheat.
