FBI issues advisory

The FBI issued an advisory on Thursday for leads into the whereabouts of Rafael L. W. Beier, a doctor who failed to return to court on multiple drug charges.

Beier, 63, was found guilty of 66 drug distribution and drug conspiracy charges, including one count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substances, 61 counts of distributing controlled substances and four counts of distributing of controlled substances to an individual under the age of 21.

A naturalized citizen originally from Germany, Beier stands six feet and weighs 175 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

A federal warrant was issued obtained for his arrest on May 17. Authorities said Beier should be considered armed and dangerous and an escape risk.
