Robert Timm

Robert Henry Timm, age 70 of Mountain Home, passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at St. Luke's in Boise. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.

Bob was born on Dec. 30, 1945, to Gustave Adolph and Annabelle G. (Bergquist) Timm. He was a husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a high school graduate and spent much of his adult life as a long-haul truck driver.

He enjoyed several hobbies such as carpentry work, fishing and Christmas decorating. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Carolynn Timm of Ogden, Utah; son Rod (Kelly) Gentle of Ogden; daughter Katie (Shane) Quintana of Platteville, Colo.; four grandchildren; his five sisters, Janice (Gary) Logan, Carol Sorenson all of Idaho and Mary (Paul) Ekern, Linda Olson, Ann (Greg) Brosseau all of Minnesota; five brothers Ronald (Renea) Timm, John (Annette) Timm, Kenneth, Edward (Kathy) Timm and Russell Olson all of Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a few great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather Russell E. Olson.
