Lions Club honors three Mountain Home students

Representatives of the Mountain Home Lions Club present Zoe Costello with the first of three awards during a visit to local area schools last week. Costello is a fourth grader at East Elementary School.

Representatives from the Mountain Home Lions Club recognized three local area students for their unique perspectives on patriotism following their participation in a recent essay contest.

Darius Brantley, Zoe Costello and Buga Tapia Ceja received framed certificates, gift cards and a Lions Club pin during a series of presentations on Thursday.
