Bobby Tucker
Bobby (Bob) Lewis Tucker passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2015, peacefully at home in Hammett, Idaho. He was 85 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Kuna Cemetery in Kuna, Idaho. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home.
Bob was born Oct. 28, 1929, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Edward and Anna Tucker. He married Peggy Jean McCloughan-Dunn on March 7, 1972. They celebrated their 43-year anniversary this past March.
He worked in construction, always staying busy with projects related to his business or personal projects around his own property. Bob loved to play the guitar and to sing country and Gospel music. He and Peggy played professional music for many years.
He loved to be with friends and family and always had a joke or story to tell. His great sense of humor will be greatly missed. Bob loved the Lord and always desired to share the love of Christ with others. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Bob was preceded in death by his father and mother, four brothers and three sisters. Bob is survived by his wife Peggy; three children, Daniel Tucker of Idaho City, Idaho; Darrell (Lori) Tucker of Kuna, Idaho; Thomas (Leah) Tucker of Emmett, Idaho; and stepchildren Shelly (Gene) Swendson of Superior, Colo.; and Damon (Michelle) Dunn of Emmett, Idaho. He is also survived by brothers Raymond (Geri) Tucker and Richard Tucker and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren -- all who love him and will miss him.
