  • Isn't the Brenda Court area new? Why drainage problems already? The developer isn't liable? And have any of the council members ever driven on S18E? I think the road's deteriating edges have made it nearly three feet more narrow than when it was built. Work on the good roads and let the bad get worse. Take a look at S18E where it meets the county responsibility and see how it should be all the way to American Legion.

  • The drainage problem is not with the Brenda Court area. The council meeting talked about this and the map shows that the storm water coming off N 10th East flowing south is the main problem. This water will be diverted into an underground pipe and then dumped into the Brenda Pit location. This was all talked about at the last Council meeting for those people who attended. The South 18th East problem is not in the city and this road is a county issue.

It may look like it is in the city but it is still a county road. Please address this with your county officials.
