Jack Jackson
Harold "Jack" Jackson, son of Harold and Flora Jackson of Seiling, Okla., passed away on Oct. 21, 2014, at the age of 77.
No formal services will be held. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel, in Mountain Home.
He entered into the U.S Air Force out of high school. He took his training at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, then was stationed at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, where he met and married his wife Elaine. He was assigned to several bases, including overseas.
He enjoyed fishing and camping.
After retiring in 1975 in Arkansas, he moved his family to Las Vegas and then in 1976 moved to Glenns Ferry, where he resided until his passing.
Jack will be greatly missed by his loving wife Elaine, daughters Pam Lewis of Nevada, Paula and her husband Ed Allison of Pocatello, and seven grandchildren; Jessica Session, Nathan Slatton, Brandon (Jenny) Slatton, Ryan Lewis, Anna Lynn Slatton, Tyler Lewis and Payton Lewis. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; Jared and Janae Session, Gene Slatton, and several nieces and nephews.
