Louisa Aldazabal Samson
Louisa Aldazabal Samson, our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Amuma Lou, passed away peacefully at her daughters' home on Friday March 28, 2014.
A rosary will be held on April 8 at 6 p.m. at Rost Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be a 10 a.m. April 9, 2014, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home McMurtrey Chapel.
Louisa (Lou) was born, Nov. 15, 1918, in Mountain Home, Idaho, to Emeteria and John Aldazabal.
Lou was preceded in death by both her parents and her husband, Glenn Samson.
She is survived by her daughter, Laviņa (Gary) Moen, two grandchildren Kris Moen and Camille (Ron) Durham, two great-grandsons Grant and Glen Durham and many extended family members.
We would like to express our appreciation to the staff at Hearts for Hospice for their loving care.
