Marjorie Janoushek

Marjorie Janoushek, 84, of Mountain Home, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at her home.

A graveside inurnment will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Marge was born Sept. 10, 1928, in Deer River, Minn., the daughter of Roy P. and Helan I. (Gormly) Kendall.

She married Alvin G. Janoushek and they had two children.

Marge always was willing to help anyone at anytime.

She enjoyed crafts and ceramics and had a very green thumb. She loved her flowers and her cactus. In lieu of sending flowers, please plant a mum in your yard in her memory.

Marge is survived by her son, Glen Janoushek, and daughter Katie Thomas, both of Mountain Home, her sister, Edith Clark, of Utah, and her brother, Paul Kendal, of California.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Alvin "Bud."
