Bill Kline
William "Bill" J. Kline, 86, of Mountain Home, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at a Boise hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, at the First Congregational Church, located at 515 E. 15th North St. in Mountain Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
Bill was born June 18, 1926, in Longville, Minn., to Cyril George and Nellie Adell (Craig) Kline.
He married Beverly Jean Verlautz on June 11, 1949.
After 26 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force, he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Education at Boise State University and taught fourth grade at Jefferson Elementary School in Boise.
Bill was a Boy Scout leader, a member of the United Church of Christ, the American Legion and he enjoyed square dancing.
Bill's wife, Beverly, passed away in 2003.
On April 12, 2008, Bill married Frances Parrish.
Bill was always on the go, involved in many endeavors and had an attention to details.
Bill is survived by his wife, Frances, of Mountain Home, his son, Jim, and his wife, Kathie, of Virginia, two stepchildren, one brother, and two half sisters.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bev, a daughter, Bonnie, and a brother.
