Charles Roll
Charles E. Roll, a caring, loving and special father, grandfather, brother and friend, left us on Jan. 13, 2013.
Charles loved his family more than the very own breaths he took. He will be missed dearly.
Charles was born on March 15, 1949, in Hawthorne, Nev., the son of Paul and Lorraine Roll.
He worked for the Civil Service beginning in 1968 until his retirement in 2003.
He was very social and loved to share stories and photos of his children and grandchildren to everyone he knew and met.
He enjoyed the outdoors and taught each of his children and grandchildren the fundamentals of fishing and camping.
He enjoyed hunting as well and put many dinners on the table with his hunting skills.
Charles is survived by his daughters, Michelle Koepnick-Kimball, Tisha Roll, and his son Charles Roll, and grandchildren Keara Koepnick, Paul Roll, Carson Roll and Wyatt Roll. He also leaves behind his siblings, Pamela Gullace and Paula Lee, and a special friend, Marty Schuster.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
We love you for all that you are, all that you have been, and all you're yet to be.
A celebration of Charles' life will be held in Hawthorne, Nev., at a later date.
Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.
