Ina Weist

Ina Darlene Weist, 58, of Mountain Home, died on Aug. 10, 2012, at a local care center.

No services are planned at this time. Cremation was under the direction of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Ina was born May 19, 1954, in Mount Vernon, Ind., the daughter of William and Loraine Mayville.

She grew up in Montana where she prided herself on becoming a homemaker and raised her family.

She moved to Mountain Home, where she spent the rest of her life and to spend quality time with children and grandchildren.

Ina enjoyed sewing, writing poetry, baking and spending as much time with family as possible. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and an all-around amazing person.

Ina is survived by her daughter, Anna Brannen, of Mountain Home, her son, Myles Clark, of Mountain Home, her sister, Jan Jarvi, of Yakima, Mont., her brother, Jessie Mayville, of Mountain Home, her brother, Curtis Mayville, of Kalispell, Mont., six grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, her brothers, Delmar Mayville and LeRoy Grant, and her sister, Patricia Hodak.
