Basketball awards handed out

Awards and letters were handed out last week at the annual Tiger boys basketball awards banquet.

Tiger basketball coach Tony Kerfoot announced that J.T. Cristobal and Brent Sexauer had earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors, and both played in the District III 4A All-Star game.

The Most Improved Player award went to Michael Daniels.

The Most Inspirational Player award went to J.T. Cristobal, and the Mr. Hustle award went to Brent Sexauer.

Mountain Home Tiger junior varsity coach Tyrone Hutchings also handed out individual awards.

The Most Improved Player award went to Jose Rodriguez. The Tigers award for dedication to the program went to Casey Carter.

Mountain Home Tiger frosh-soph coach Dallan Rupp also presented individual awards.

The Mr. Hustle award went to Zach Peterson. Jerek Schetzle received the Tigers award for dedication to the program, and the offensive player of the year award went to Tyler Parke.
