Marilyn Adams
Our mother, Marilyn Adams, entered into this world on June 6, 1938, in Clifton, Idaho. She entered into eternal rest and peace at the age of 73 on Feb. 11, 2012, with her children, brothers and sister at her side.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Mountain Home.
Marilyn was an accomplished seamstress, beautician and homemaker. She loved spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were very special to her and always had the "Grandma" touch with them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Adams; two sons, Jerry Gyllenskog and David Adams; her granddaughter, Sarah Adams; her best friend and sweetheart, Wayne DeBoer; her parents, Sylvan and Romania Talbot; and stepmother Anne Talbot.
She is survived by her son Rick and his wife Christina Adams of Mountain Home; her son Steve and his wife Heidi Adams of Nampa; her daughter Sherida and her husband Micheal Tooley of Willow Springs, Mo; and stepson Mike and his wife Patti DeBoer.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Alexander, Heather, Stephanie, and Justin Adams, April and her husband Matthew Collins; Matthew, Nicholas and Joshua Tooley; Kaylee, Jaeden and Griffy Gyllenskog; and Meaghan DeBoer. She is survived by one great-granddaughter, Mckensie Collins, her brothers and sisters, Valdo Talbot of Boise; LaPreal and Bill Dennett of New Plymouth; Diane McCrady of Utah; Craig Talbot of Caldwell; Brad Talbot of Mountain Home; her stepsisters Leslie Larsen of Caldwell, Jackie Stoddard of California and her adopted children Vince Sullivan and Karen Kloer.
Our mother, grandmother, sister, we will miss you terribly but know that you are finally at peace with our Lord and Savior.
Her kids would especially like to thank their aunt, LaPreal Dennett, for all her love and devotion to our mother.
