Food banks need donations to meet holiday need

Demand for food by financially strapped families in Mountain Home and surrounding communities shows no sign of easing up as the holiday season approaches.

"The numbers are continually going up," said Cristella Ramirez, county coordinator for the El-Ada Community Action Agency. "There will always be a need as long as there is a need for jobs in this area."
