Black, James plan nuptials

John and Lisa James of Pinedale, Wyo., have announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Julie James, to Mark Black, son of Jay Black of Hammett and Penny Black of Mountain Home,

The groom-to-be graduated from Glenns Ferry High School and the College of Idaho. He is an independent pipeline inspector and is currently employed by Zephyr Enterprises, Inc.

The prospective bride graduated from Pinedale High School and Oklahoma Panhandle State University She is the owner/operator of Zephyr Enterprises, Inc., based in Pinedale, Wyo.

The couple will be married on Sept. 24 at Mill Iron Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyo., with a reception following in Pinedale

There will be a reception at a later date in Bruneau.

The couple will make their home in Pinedale and Wickenburg, Ariz.
